Horticulture Guild

The HGHG shall become a fully functional Guild in the true sense of the word. The HG shall form a Craft Guild of Horticulture Trades.

This Guild shall function as the Company Organization, it is a Union that unites it's fellow Gardeners, not merely as employees, but as Empowered Guild Members. Our Goal is Industry Leading Compensation for Well Trained and Highly Skilled Guild Members. This will take time but the Guild will achieve this. The Guild shall form both a univeral Horticulture Guild Apprenticeship and Craft Apprenticeships for the individual specific trades of all branches of the Green Industry the HGHG does buisiness in.

ie Lawn Care, Landscaping, Gardening, etc.

The Apprenticeship(s) shall have a streamlined training system, consisting of both [HG internal] academy education and field training, with graduating degrees, which correspond to position and rank, thus the Apprenticeship(s) shall also streamline the hierarchy, decision making, and promotions within the Guild.

The HGHG is currently a new and growing company and our pay and benefits must fit our budget, however the HGHG will eventually train it's Guild Members in an Apprenticeship, full benefits will eventually be offered, a union like organization will eventually be implimented, and top dollar industry pay will be issued, we will raise the bar here in Orlando, the bar is currently low for our fellow tradesmen in this industry in Orlando.
